个人简介

吴颖,北京化工大学副教授,理学博士,北化“博学”青年学者。担任《Biomedical Technology》、《Interdisciplinary MEDICINE》等期刊青年编委。博士毕业于福州大学分析化学专业,目前主要研究刺激响应型生物材料以及肿瘤诊疗分子探针,并在光学成像、纳米材料设计制备与癌症辐射诊疗探针的设计应用上取得了一系列的原创研究成果。迄今为止在化学、材料以及生物医学等多种国际高水平期刊上发表SCI论文54篇,总影响因子595,其中以第一/通讯作者身份在国际期刊Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.Nano TodaysACS NanoNano letters等发表文章十余篇,h指数24,文章被引用1800余次,申请国家发明专利8件。承担国自然青年基金、北京市面上基金、国自然区域联合基金,国自然面上项目等多项课题。获得中华医学科技奖二等奖、山东省生物医学工程学会科学进步奖一等奖,山东化学化工学会自然科学奖二等奖。

研究领域

活体成像与分子测量传统探针的单一信号成像与监测,易受非目标因素干扰,且主要提供定性成像信息,较难对靶标分子做出准确定量。比率型荧光探针可有效克服以上传统光学探针的许多限制,是更敏感可靠的定量成像检测方式。

疾病诊疗新技术:以提高检测疾病的探针灵敏度和特异性为目的,利用病灶区独有的(如肿瘤区别于正常组织的独特微环境)或治疗过程中产生的信号分子,激活近红外二区荧光/光声成像探针或放大探针信号,实现个性化、精准化的诊断或治疗疗效评估。
