个人简介

吴颖,北京化工大学讲师,理学博士,“博学”青年学者。硕博师从福州大学长江学者、国家杰出青年基金获得者杨黄浩教授,联合导师为国家“海外高层次人才”宋继彬教授。主要研究刺激响应型生物材料以及肿瘤诊疗分子探针,并在光学成像和癌症诊疗探针的设计和应用上取得了一系列的原创研究成果。近年来,共发表SCI论文43篇(中科院一区37篇),总影响因子为493,其中以第一/通讯作者身份在国际期刊上发表多篇论文,包括Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.ACS NanoNano LettersSmall MethodsChem. Sci.Adv. Drug Deliv. Rev.等;授权国家发明专利2件。目前主持基金4项,包括国自然青年基金、北京市面上基金、博士后特别资助、博士后面上;参与基金3项,包括国自然重大仪器研制项目、国自然联合基金和国自然科面上基金。

研究领域

活体成像与分子测量传统探针的单一信号成像与监测,易受非目标因素干扰,且主要提供定性成像信息,较难对靶标分子做出准确定量。比率型荧光探针可有效克服以上传统光学探针的许多限制,是更敏感可靠的定量成像检测方式。

疾病诊疗新技术:以提高检测疾病的探针灵敏度和特异性为目的,利用病灶区独有的(如肿瘤区别于正常组织的独特微环境)或治疗过程中产生的信号分子,激活近红外二区荧光/光声成像探针或放大探针信号,实现个性化、精准化的诊断或治疗疗效评估。
