个人简介


梁瑞政,男,教授,博导,国家优青2009-2015年北京化工大学硕博连读,导师为段雪院士(中国科学院),期间被国家留学基金委委派到英国牛津大学留学。2015年以人才引进在北京化工大学留校任教,2021年破格晋升教授,博导。近年来开展层状双金属氢氧化物(LDHs)生物医用材料的基础和应用基础研究,取得如下成果:1)创制了系列近红外I–II区激发、高单态氧产率的LDHs基光敏剂材料,实现了高效光动力肿瘤治疗;进一步将LDHs材料拓展到化学动力治疗和超声动力治疗领域。2)构建了系列高性能镁基LDHs生物活性骨修复材料,以应用为导向,开展LDHs基抗骨关节炎注射液的应用研究和临床前研究。以第一作者或通讯作者在Nat. Commun. (2)Adv. Mater. (6)Chem. Soc. Rev.ACS NanoAdv. Funct. Mater.Adv. Sci.Sci. Bull.等刊物发表SCI论文60余篇。10篇论文入选ESI高被引TOP 1%论文,3篇入选热点论文。研究工作被各类学术网站亮点报道30余次。受邀担任Exploration中国化学快报和物理化学学报青年编委,Applied Sciences编委,Frontiers in Molecular Biosciences客座主编。参编中文专著1部。申请国家发明专利18件,获得授权14件。荣获北京市科技进步二等奖,北京化工大学青年英才百人计划(首批)等荣誉。

研究领域

近年来围绕水滑石,构建了系列新型纳米药物递送系统、光学治疗体系及骨组织修复体系,开展了如下三方面研究工作:1)超高比表面单层LDHs药物载体的构建;2)基于纳米限域效应实现新型光学疗法的性能增强;3)镁基水滑石骨修复和血管修复生物活性材料的构筑。
