个人简介

刘洪涛,男,博士,教授,博士生导师。20041月毕业于中国石油大学(北京)化工学院,导师为鲍晓军教授和高雄厚院士。博士毕业后在北京化工大学化学学院工作,历任讲师、副教授、教授,2014年在加拿大University of British Columbia化工系做访问学者。主要研究方向为新型分子筛材料和催化剂的制备。作为项目负责人完成了国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、中国石油天然气股份有限公司和中国海洋石油总公司项目30余项;在国际期刊发表SCI论文60余篇,申请发明专利40余项,其中30余项发明专利已经授权。对分子筛的绿色合成及应用进行了长期研究,首次在国际上实现了介孔分子筛的连续化工业生产和在百万吨级催化裂化装置上的工业应用。

   获得两项省部级科学技术奖励:“以天然硅铝矿物为原料的分子筛绿色合成方法”获2022年中国化工学会的“基础研究成果奖一等奖”; “基于提高介孔分子筛稳定性和酸量的结构构造与新合成体系创建2017中国石油天然气集团公司的 “基础研究奖一等奖

已形成了稳定的研究方向:分子筛的绿色合成及工业应用

一、多级孔分子筛的绿色合成

 

分子筛是现代石油化工等支柱产业的基石,也是实现“双碳”目标的关键吸附和催化材料。然而分子筛产业的发展仍然面临三个巨大的挑战:合成路线的绿色化、分子筛产品的高性能化和合成技术的低成本化。

本人自1999年攻读博士学位开始,近24年来一直从事低成本合成高性能多级孔分子筛材料方面的基础和应用基础研究。围绕分子筛结构主体的构筑原则、组装方法与改性研究工作,先后合成了10余种分子筛材料,获得了分子筛的系列合成规律。相关成果在相关领域的主流刊物Inorg. Chem.J. Mater. Chem. ALangmuir Micropor. Mesopor. Mat.,共发表SCI收录学术论60余篇,授权专利多项(ZL201510896844.3, ZL201410083419.8, ZL201410083041.1, ZL201410083417.9, ZL201410083420.0, ZL201410083575.4, ZL201110102929.1ZL202210212722.8ZL202111533961.5)。

在高性能分子筛的绿色及低成本合成方面形成了两项代表性成果:

1、针对制约介孔分子筛应用的不足:(1)稳定性差;(2)酸性弱;(3)合成成本较高。开发了原位组装前驱体组装的方法,将微孔分子筛的初级结构单元和次级结构单元组装到分子筛的孔壁,进而提高了分子筛的稳定性和酸性;发明了极高浓体系下母体晶粒辅助法,降低了有机模板剂和水的用量进而降低了合成成本。实现了高性能介孔分子筛的低成本合成,以其为活性组分制备的催化剂在国际上首次实现了在百万吨级催化裂化装置上的应用。“基于提高介孔分子筛稳定性和酸量结构构造与新合成体系创建”,获得中国石油天然气集团公司的“基础研究一等奖”。

2、目前用于分子筛合成的主要原料(如硅酸钠、硫酸铝等)均是从天然硅铝矿物,经过一系列高能耗、高污染的过程制取,因此分子筛的合成远远不是一个绿色过程。基于对天然硅铝矿物的稳定性机制及其转化行为的研究,原创了以廉价的天然矿物为原料合成高性能分子筛的绿色合成技术。“以天然硅铝矿物为原料的分子筛绿色合成方法”在2022年获得中国化工学会的“基础研究成果奖一等奖”。

 

开发并建立了三种新型分子筛的工业生产线:

1、20182月在江苏镇江的天诺新材料有限公司建立了生产装置,打通了从分子筛制备到改性全部的工艺流程,生产了高稳定的介孔分子筛MASTER-1。该装置的建立极大促进了分子筛的技术升级,在国际上建立了第一套介孔分子筛的生产装置,首次实现了介孔分子筛的连续化工业生产,处于国际领先水平。

2、在山东齐鲁华信高科有限公司建成了活化天然硅铝矿物的工业生产线,实现了多级孔ZSM-5分子筛的工业化生产和其在催化裂化汽油加氢改质过程中的大规模应用。

3、201912月在福建漳州突破了系列关键技术,实现了多级Y型分子筛的工业生产,而且分子筛的应用效果良好,具有广阔的应用前景。

4、原位合成了具有晶内介孔的NaY分子筛,以此为原料采用气相超稳的方法实现了多级孔超稳YUSY)分子筛的制备。省略了USY分子筛制备过程的反复离子交换及水热处理的复杂过程,避免了大量氨氮废水的排放。

5、采用全无机体系合成了具有晶内介孔的ZSM-5分子筛。

6、实现了晶内介孔BETA分子筛的低成本制备。

 

二、基于多级孔分子筛催化剂的制备和应用

重油等大分子复杂的分子结构使其加工难度大,多级孔分子筛的改性和催化剂的定向制备对于重油的加工具有举足轻重的作用。本人自2004年在北京化工大学工作后,一直与中国石油展开了紧密的合作,开展重油的催化裂化及加氢裂化方面催化剂的研究。在催化剂的制备和应用基础方面Ind. Eng. Chem. Res.Mater. Lett.Colloids and Surfaces A等刊物上,发表SCI学术论文20余篇,申请专利20余项,授权专利ZL201110101161.6, ZL201110101174.3, ZL201110070685ZL202111533953.0ZL202111533954.5)。

基于本人研发的多级孔分子筛材料,开发了分子筛的孔道/酸性与重质原料油相匹配的技术路线,并采用前驱体技术将稀土元素引入分子筛,以分子筛为活性组分制备的催化剂的活性和选择性得以大幅提升。

 

本部分的工业生产线和工业应用:

1、  开发并建立了重油催化裂化催化剂的工业生产线:

以本人研发的新型介孔分子筛MASTER-1,开发了中国石油天然气股份有限公司的牌号催化剂“LPC-65”等。20183月在中国石油兰州石化公司催化剂厂,开发并建立了一条催化裂化催化剂的生产线。

2、  催化剂在工业催化裂化装置上的应用:

    生产的工业牌号催化剂“LPC-65”,于20189月在中国石油兰州石化公司的120万吨重油催化裂化装置上成功应用,重油转化率提高,轻油收率提升,在国际上首次实现了介孔分子筛在百万吨级催化裂化工业装置上的应用。
