Analytical Chemistry — Luminescent probes, Spectroscopic analysis, Imaging.

  • Photoluminescence, particularly aggregation-induced emission (AIE), is one of our main research interests. We are dedicated to the design and synthesis of surfactant-like luminescent materials and the preparation of luminescent supramolecular assemblies with various functions for the applications in analytical chemistry.

  • Chemiluminescence (CL), electrochemiluminescence (ECL), and cataluminescence (CTL) are another major area of our research. We are interested in developing signal amplification strategies for different CL, ECL, and CTL systems, as well as exploiting the specific signal amplification for various sensing applications.
