Introduction

  Zhang Jianjun, male, Ph.D., associate professor. From 2003 to 2009, he obtained a doctorate in polymer chemistry and physics from the College of Chemistry, Jilin University. From 2007 to 2011, he engaged in joint doctoral training and postdoctoral research at the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). In 2011, he joined the High Gravity Engineering Center of the College of Chemical Engineering, Beijing University of Chemical Technology. His main research fields include: molecular structure design of biomedical polymer materials, nano-drug sustained and controlled release technology, and high gravity and supercritical fluid technology. In recent years, the applicant's research group has used high-gravity anti-solvent and supercritical fluid technology, combined with the molecular design of biomedical polymer materials, to prepare a series of anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory nano-drug capsules (docetaxel, doxorubicin, ginsenoside Rh2, minocycline, methotrexate, vancomycin) with high-scale nanometerization, high dissolution rate, and intelligent controlled release. This has expanded the structural design principles and assembly preparation methods of nano-drug preparations, providing a theoretical basis and industrialization support for the preparation of new and efficient nano-drug preparations. Since 2014, the research group has cooperated with relevant enterprises to carry out the design and research and development of medical-grade polylactic acid and its downstream products. At present, the developed products mainly include medical-grade poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), polycaprolactone (PCL), polylactic acid-glycolic acid (PLGA) raw material products, and a series of research and development products such as PLLA microparticle soft tissue filling powder injection, PLLA filling gel, and PLLA/hyaluronic acid microneedle.

  To date, as the project leader and main researcher, I have participated in a total of 7 national-level vertical scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Science and Technology's 863 and 973 projects, and other provincial and ministerial-level projects, and 5 horizontal technology development projects for enterprises and scientific research institutions; applied for 10 national invention patents and 3 have been authorized; published more than 20 research papers, and many papers have been published in international academic journals such as Advanced Materials, Biomacromolecules, and Nano Research.
